What is STEM coaching

Brighter & Brighter NGO Ghana presents our Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) Coaching programs that aim to equip Ghanaian students with the skills necessary to thrive in an increasingly technology driven world. The program focus commonly known in Ghana as STEM is to be promoted in Ghana as an Educational Initiative program aimed at disadvantaged primary schools and Senior High Schools Lacking Computer Labs to advance this Contemporary Teaching and Learning Framework in developing the future workforce in Ghana. Our program seeks to enhance education through the integration of digital resources into pedagogical practices. Education is a fundamental right that empowers individuals and communities, yet many children in rural areas of Ghana lack access to quality education. Limited resources, inadequate internet infrastructure, and a lack of trained STEM educators contribute to low interest in STEM Subjects in these schools.  Recognizing this challenge, Brighter & Brighter Educational Foundation registered in 2019 as a Non-Governmental Organisation with TIN C002902871X  has developed a comprehensive program to coach participating schools to address these issues and empower students with essential skills to compliment the Government’s national effort. Our program utilizes digital resources to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students. By incorporating technology into the STEM Labs to be established and the schoolwide curriculum as well, we aim to improve student motivation, comprehension, and retention of key concepts. Additionally, digital resources enable personalized learning, allowing educators to tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
